GE Tracker's own version of "Connection Lost"...
I'm sure everyone hates seeing this pop up on their screen over the past week or so, and I'm sure the majority of you have gathered that OSBuddy servers are having serious availability issues, so I'm just going to give you a quick status update.
We have been working on a local graph fallback for captured data so you can still visit an item page and view historical data. This process should be automatic, so if OSBuddy fails to load, you will see data stored within our database instead. You are able to view your API source by looking at the icon next to "Price Graph".
The data generated from our side will not be as accurate as OSBuddy, as we do not have access to the raw data they hold - but it is pretty accurate.
We have just gone live with this today, but except some tweaks and changes to the data as we attempt to improve the accuracy to better handle future OSBuddy downtime.
We are still working on a solution to deal with the data tables not showing some information - but a short-term fix is adjusting your filters and disabling "Buy price current" and "Sell price current".
