Hey guys, and welcome to episode 28 of my one hour flipping challenge. Today I am going to be showing you how to flip from a 100k cash start

I am continuing on with my challenge, but with different cash starting amounts. I am very satisfied with the margins I was able to get this episode. Since the items where extremely cheap, the percent return was massive. Some of the best items included the mystic robe bottom and the proselite halberk.
